In characteristic fashion, DCVelo President and Team Captain, Mark Sommers went all in Tuesday evening in the 60-64 points race at Masters Track Nationals in Baton Rouge, LA.  Mark and 2 others lapped the field and Mark finished tied in points for first overall with 25 but ended up with the silver medal to the eventual winner, who had a higher placing on the final lap.  

We say, "Blammo"!  About as good as it gets, tough guy.  Great ride, Mark.

To those racing in the scratch and points races, one warning: watch out!  :)
